There is no Tuesday post this week but I promise I have a good excuse.
We spent the weekend hauling gigantic coolers full of beef around three states and I’ve only been home a few hours. Tomorrow I hit the road again for my last delivery.
These four plus the one crammed into the front seat hold one and a half cows that were delivered to freezer camp Saturday.
This morning I picked up the last one and brought it home to be divided into four quarters, one of which is still available if you’re local-ish and want some really good, clean, grass-fed beef.
